Orders and Shipping

Orders placed on ALCHEMY, THE LABEL  can be delivered in all working days of the week. 

Delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected and  destination. Express delivery is available for the majority of destinations. 

When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

The delivery options for your destination are displayed at checkout. We require a signature for all orders, so delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is NOT available.

Orders in Romania: will be delivered with  shipping within 2-3 days by Fan Courier. 

Express delivery for most of Europe :  delivered within 2-4days. 

Express delivery for he US: delivered within 3-5 days. 

Rest of the world: delivered within 3-7 days.

Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide.

ALCHEMY, THE LABEL cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimise any potential delays.

Orders will be delivered by DHL.
