Orders and Shipping

Orders placed on ALCHEMY, THE LABEL  can be delivered in all working days of the week. 

Delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected and  destination. Express delivery is available for the majority of destinations. 

When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

The delivery options for your destination are displayed at checkout. We require a signature for all orders, so delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is NOT available.

Express delivery for most of Europe :  delivered within 4-5 business days. 

Express delivery for he US: delivered within 5-7 business days. 

Rest of the world: delivered within 5-7 business days.

Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide.

ALCHEMY, THE LABEL cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays, or any other failed payments, however we do our best to minimise any potential delays.

Custom duties  are to be paid the customers.

Orders will be delivered by DHL.
